REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Her Power31 will replace or refund Customers for any physical product from our shop that is damaged or flawed. 

Due to the downloadable nature of the digital products and the immediate access to our online courses and membership subscriptions, once payment has been rendered, all sales are final, and no refunds will be given. We have a very strict no refund policy for all business services, memberships and digital products so please make sure you are certain before making your purchase. If you decide to cancel without participating in all sessions, there is no refund for unused sessions. Please send an email to hello@herpower31.com to arrange the return of damaged or flawed physical products from our shop.

Once the physical product is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the product or replace the item, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact Her Power31 by email for return instructions.
