ABOUT US

Her Power31 is a faith-rooted sisterhood and business ecosystem designed for women who are building lives, businesses, income, and legacy with intention.

Rooted in the wisdom of Proverbs 31, we honor women as builders, nurturers, strategists, and stewards, women who desire growth without burnout and ambition without losing themselves in the process.

Her Power31 is not just a space for inspiration.
It is a structured environment where women are supported in building real, sustainable lives.

Through business establishment services, curated experiences, revenue-generating opportunities, and lifestyle alignment, we provide women with the tools, community, and access needed to grow with clarity and direction.

Inside Her Power31, women are able to:
build and structure their businesses with confidence
connect through intentional, sisterhood-centered experiences
create income through curated vendor opportunities
grow in their personal lives as mothers, students, and women of faith
give back to the community through our philanthropic extension, Power To Provide Inc.

We believe women are not meant to build alone.

Across many cultures, including those throughout Africa, women have always grown, healed, and built within the community. Her Power31 carries that same foundation forward in a modern, intentional way.

This is not a space for hustle or performance.
This is a space for alignment, structure, and legacy.

Her Power31 exists to create an environment where women don’t just dream, but build, earn, grow, and give together.

OUR MISSION

Her Power31 exists to cultivate intentional spaces where women can grow into who they already are builders, stewards, and legacy-makers rooted in faith, wisdom, and care.

Our mission is to support women in building aligned lives, establishing and growing businesses, creating sustainable income, and developing generational wealth with clarity, structure, and purpose. We are committed to fostering a community where women do not build alone, but are strengthened through sisterhood, shared resources, and collective growth.

Through curated experiences, practical business support, revenue-generating opportunities, and lifestyle alignment, we create environments where women can connect, grow, and give back, honoring both personal transformation and community impact.

While Her Power31 serves women of all backgrounds, we remain deeply committed to restoring, uplifting, and rewriting the narrative of Black women one table, one vision, and one aligned step at a time.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Her Power31 was founded by Ashante Smallwood, a Fresno, California native with a deep-rooted passion for business, community, and legacy building.

Born and raised in Fresno, Ashante carries a strong connection to her city and its history, particularly the resilience and foundation of the Black community. Her work is not just about building businesses, but about restoring and strengthening the communities that shaped her.

As a mother of four, a full-time student, and a multi-business builder, Ashante understands firsthand what it means to pursue purpose while managing real-life responsibilities. She is currently completing her Business Administration degree at Fresno City College and will continue her academic journey at Fresno State University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, intentionally aligning her education with her mission to build and sustain generational wealth.

Ashante’s strength lies in structure, strategy, and execution. With a background in business development and a natural ability to organize systems, she recognized that many women have vision but lack the guidance, environment, and support needed to bring those visions to life. Her Power31 was created to fill that gap.

Her journey is not separate from the women she serves, she is actively building alongside them. From launching businesses and developing product lines, to hosting events and creating opportunities for other women to generate income, Ashante leads through both experience and intention.

Her work is deeply rooted in faith, discipline, and alignment. She believes that women should not have to choose between ambition and identity, that it is possible to build successful businesses, nurture a family, and live a life of purpose without self-abandonment.

Through Her Power31, Ashante has created more than a community, she has built a structured ecosystem where women can:

establish and grow businesses
create income through real opportunities
connect within a supportive sisterhood
and give back through its philanthropy arm, Power To Provide Inc.

Her long-term vision is to build a legacy that extends beyond her—creating spaces, systems, and opportunities that empower women and families for generations to come.

“I am not just the founder of Her Power31, I am a woman building alongside you.”
